Texas A&M University’s Aggie Honor System Office educates the university community about the Aggie Code of Honor, responds to potential academic misconduct, and facilitates remediation.
What you will do
- Coordinate administrative support functions, office operations, procedures, policies, meetings, hearings, and special events.
- Develop and evaluate office procedures, recommend process improvements, and support departmental initiatives.
- Coordinate hearings and investigations for assigned academic integrity cases.
- Present assigned cases to Honor Council hearing panels and maintain complex, confidential case files.
- Serve as a primary contact for students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders regarding office policies and processes.
- Coordinate academic integrity initiatives and support purchasing, communications, reporting, and data collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of experience in student affairs work or a related specialty.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, work cooperatively, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of student records and reports, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.

- Master’s degree.
- Experience in higher education, student conduct administration, or facilitating student conduct processes.
