SE/MBSE Capabilities Leader

hirify.global develops aircraft, propulsion systems, and aerospace technologies, with this role based in its Propulsion Engineering center.

What you will do

• Build and execute a multi-year financial and capability roadmap for MBSE tools and processes.
• Deploy scaled SysML and MBSE capabilities for propulsion system architecture, testing, validation, and qualification.
• Align technical approaches with engine manufacturers, powerplant suppliers, and internal DDMS teams.
• Coach engineering teams and managers in modeling tools including Cameo and Capella.
• Monitor project KPIs and incorporate lessons learned into continuous improvement deliverables.

Requirements

• Engineering background with aircraft or propulsion systems specialization.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, and strategic project management.
• Hands-on expertise with UML/SysML frameworks and tools including Cameo/MagicDraw, Capella, Matlab Simulink, and Amesim.
• Deep expertise in powerplant systems engineering, including engine control, system integration, thermal management, and performance.
• Experience with financial forecasting, project budgeting, and ROI business cases for technical transformations.
• Advanced or negotiation-level English is required; French is an asset.
