HR Operations Associate (HR Operations): Supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle by resolving HR inquiries, maintaining employee data, and administering onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and benefits with an accent on accurate documentation, confidential information handling, and process coordination. Focus on investigating complex HR requests, preparing reports, improving HR processes, and supporting reliable HR service delivery.
Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Salary: €6,500–€7,500 per year, based on pro rata hours

What you will do
- Respond to employee questions about HR policies, processes, employee data, benefits, and related topics.
- Investigate complex requests and coordinate solutions with the appropriate HR teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and correct information when needed.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes.
- Assist with benefits enrollments, changes, questions, and issue resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, support data requests, improve processes, and participate in HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Ideally 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Customer-focused mindset and adaptability to changing priorities.
