GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fargo, North Dakota, United States; Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.

What you will do

• Execute GMP manufacturing processes including transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill.
• Support production of pDNA, mRNA, and protein products.
• Maintain safety-first and audit-ready conditions in manufacturing areas.
• Follow gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, good documentation practices, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, apply basic math, and communicate for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or a GMP biomanufacturing setting.
• Experience following standard operating procedures.
• Schedule flexibility for occasional weekend work or extended or altered schedules based on production needs.
