Engineering Technical Project Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: On-site in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, United States; travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Support custom engineering projects from pre-order sales support through final customer acceptance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery activities.
• Track and improve performance against on-time, within-budget, and within-specification KPIs.
• Communicate project status, updates, and expectations with internal teams and customers.
• Manage multiple complex or strategic projects and support budgets, variances, and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting project quality, delivery, or budget.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, operations, process development, or project management within the life sciences industry.
• Experience with process engineering disciplines, including process development, design, commissioning, and validation.
• Experience performing equipment testing, including FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
• Working knowledge of project management software such as Basecamp or MS Project.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of industrial experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Practical experience applying pharmaceutical or biologics regulations.
