EMEA Marketing Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing motion for EMEA, including brand presence, demand generation, and events.
• Partner with EMEA sales and account teams to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities.
• Develop and execute vertical ABM strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Localize core positioning and messaging for the EMEA market in collaboration with product marketing.
• Build and manage the EMEA partner marketing motion, including co-marketing programs with resellers and SIs.
• Track and report on pipeline contribution and marketing performance for the region.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B GTM with a focus on EMEA marketing.
• Fluent in English with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
• Proven experience across demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing.
• Strong operational skills with the ability to build programs in an undefined environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical AI and developer tool products into compelling messaging.
• Must be based in London for this hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or engineering productivity platforms.
• Background at a company with a services-plus-product model.
• Existing relationships with key EMEA SIs and resellers.
