Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site. Travel to hirify.global Spark and data center locations may be required.

Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 annually plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

hirify.global builds vertically integrated energy and AI infrastructure, operating systems from energy generation through cloud compute to support large-scale AI workloads.

What you will do

• Lead multiple hirify.global Spark deployments and capacity expansion projects from kickoff through site readiness, infrastructure deployment, validation, and operational handoff.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules covering design, construction, procurement, logistics, network readiness, hardware deployment, commissioning, validation, and customer readiness.
• Coordinate compute, GPU, storage, networking, power, cabling, optics, licenses, and ancillary infrastructure required to bring additional capacity online.
• Align engineering, construction, site operations, procurement, logistics, vendors, cloud infrastructure, and other stakeholders around milestones, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Manage critical paths, risks, blockers, resource constraints, hardware lead times, and mitigation plans while minimizing impact on production environments.
• Provide project health reporting, drive decisions and accountability, and improve repeatable deployment processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience supporting data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, hardware deployments, capacity expansion, or large-scale technical infrastructure programs.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution and operational handoff.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, structured cabling, servers, storage, GPU infrastructure, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Experience planning infrastructure expansions within existing environments, including space, power, network, and supporting infrastructure assessment.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, delivery forecasts, risks, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and integrators.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills; ability to travel as needed.
