Trainee Management Accountant (Part-Qualified)

What you will do

• Assist with monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reporting packs and commentary for senior finance stakeholders.
• Compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts and prepare variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and meet reporting deadlines.
• Support year-end accounting, audit schedules, and documentation for external auditors.
• Improve processes and controls, provide ad hoc analysis, and collaborate with Finance, Group, Tax, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to embrace and drive change.
• Full-time work at the Crewe, United Kingdom location.
