Intern M&A (Investment Banking)

Location: Brussels, Belgium. Internship start: end of October 2026; internship duration: 3–5 months.

What you will do

• Conduct market, industry, and company research across sectors including Industrials, Consumer, Tech, Business Services, and Healthcare.
• Support M&A deal execution and prepare marketing materials such as teasers and information memorandums.
• Perform financial analyses and assist with company valuations and buyer universe identification.
• Participate in due diligence and transaction closing processes.
• Prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation.

Requirements

• Strong academic background and previous internships in corporate finance or related fields.
• Interest in accounting, finance, M&A, valuation, corporate strategy, and business models.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to adapt, manage a dynamic workload, collaborate effectively, and learn independently.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• International experience and perspectives.
