Senior Client Solutions Analyst (T&D/Retailer)

What you will do

• Own client relationships within Customer Success and manage critical communications.
• Lead Joint Business Plans, aligning customer objectives, success measures, service delivery, analytics, and data quality requirements.
• Lead quantified business opportunity and client review processes, tracking service delivery, ROI, priorities, feedback, and NPS.
• Use hirify.global tools and market, industry, and category insights to deliver thought leadership.
• Identify commercial opportunities through client engagements and hand them off to Account Development.
• Act as the voice of the customer and coordinate responses to data quality and reporting needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience analyzing data in a technology and durable-goods environment.
• Strong planning and client servicing skills.
• Experience working with clients to solve business issues and design appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative working style and a track record of delivering success through others.
• Ability to build strong internal and client relationships and networks.
