Integration Support Specialist (Microsoft Azure)

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations, database connectivity, and data exchange between systems.
• Investigate integration failures, API errors, and data inconsistencies using logs, API responses, and database records.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to diagnose issues, extract data, and support integration workflows.
• Test RESTful API endpoints and webhooks, including authentication and authorization flows.
• Reproduce and scope integration issues, involve engineering teams, and coordinate resolution across regions.
• Document integration patterns and troubleshooting procedures while helping customers configure connections and resolve common issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical or integration support within IT.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting data-level issues; MS SQL is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, API keys, request and response debugging, and Swagger or OpenAPI documentation.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or cURL, and familiarity with JSON, XML, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certification, plus experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS application integrations, ETL processes, or data migration.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with licensing and invoicing systems or Microsoft Partner Center.
