Associate IT Help Desk Specialist

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; full-time onsite work Monday–Friday in the headquarters office

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour plus benefits

What you will do

• Provide timely, professional technical assistance to employees.
• Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support software, hardware, and operating systems across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Research and resolve support tickets involving hardware, software, and malware.
• Help administer Google Workspace, the Vonage phone system, Entra ID, and other office-wide systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, training, and internal resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Customer-centric attitude, attention to detail, and strong organization.
