Sales Director (Web3)

hirify.global provides enterprise-grade infrastructure for securely moving, storing, and issuing digital assets and cryptocurrencies through its network and MPC-based wallet technology.

What you will do

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
• Develop prospecting, territory, and account plans.
• Work closely with the BDR, go-to-market, and Sales Engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the hirify.global CRM.
• Sell to Crypto Native, Web3, and traditional financial services accounts, including in the UK and Africa markets.

Requirements

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales.
• Experience selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Experience working in a team-selling environment and willingness to prospect.
• Experience selling into the Africa market.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency.
• Entrepreneurial and persistent approach to enterprise sales.
