Head, Vendor Health and Engagement (Vendor Strategy)

What you will do

• Define and lead the global incubation framework for top vendors, including onboarding and performance ramp-up during the first 30–60 days.
• Design and evolve vendor lifecycle strategies covering performance diagnostics, churn prevention, long-term engagement, and success criteria.
• Develop predictive vendor health monitoring systems, dashboards, and intervention processes.
• Partner with Account Management, CRM, Content, Product, Operations, and local market teams to deploy playbooks, AI tooling, and scalable interventions across 17 markets.
• Lead recovery strategies to reactivate underperforming vendors through data-driven interventions.
• Manage 4 direct reports and collaborate with senior leadership, country Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, and central functions.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of total professional experience, including 2–5 years in top-tier strategy consulting.
• Experience solving complex strategic problems and designing scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguity and generating actionable insights.
• Experience leading small teams or workstreams in high-performance environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of implementation in cross-functional settings.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
