Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany; full-time presence in the Munich office is required. Remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that reach paying customers within weeks.
• Define how AI agents surface work, how people review it, and how trust is established between humans and agents.
• Prototype rapidly in Figma, code, and AI tools to communicate interaction concepts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to reduce handoff friction.
• Review pull requests and make final interaction and visual adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Own features from discovery through launch and iterate based on customer feedback and real-world usage.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of product design experience; strong internships with shipped work are accepted.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped product designs, ideally for B2B, complex workflow, or data-heavy products.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system focused on cross-product consistency.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, or Figma Make in the design workflow.
• Systems thinking and a practical understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle.
• Full-time on-site presence in the Munich office is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• Ability to prototype with HTML, CSS, and React.
• Experience designing for non-technical users in complex domains.
• Clear opinions on how AI should appear in products beyond chat interfaces.
