Customer Support Specialist (Polish Speaking)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with onsite attendance at the Vilnius HQ at least four days per week

Salary: €1,700–€2,200 gross per month

What you will do

• Respond to supplier queries by phone and email with timely, accurate support.
• Identify supplier needs and explain relevant platform features.
• Troubleshoot order processing, payment processing, inventory management, and technical issues.
• Record technical issues and customer discussions in internal databases.
• Follow up to confirm that reported issues are resolved.
• Improve supplier support processes and identify efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Polish in spoken and written communication.
• Proficient English in spoken and written communication.
• Experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt quickly, and take a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Availability to work onsite at least four days per week at the Vilnius HQ.

• Understanding of cars and their parts.
