What you will do

• Provide structured counselling and psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Apply clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when required.
• Collaborate with Lyra Case Managers and follow Lyra protocols and service-level standards.
• Provide counselling through a secure virtual platform and potentially from a physical office.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical mental health discipline.
• Current full registration and independent authorization to practice therapy in the relevant jurisdiction, without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• 3–5 years of postgraduate experience providing structured counselling or psychotherapy.
• Ability to work with adults is required.
• Secure virtual platform for providing virtual counselling.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatments, clinical best practices, and compliance with Lyra standards.

Nice to have

• Experience working with children, couples, and families.
• Physical office space suitable for in-person client appointments.
• Ability to provide counselling in multiple languages.
