Senior Revenue Accountant (Gaming)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Full-time onsite position. Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Manage the billing mailbox and resolve urgent billing queries.
• Lead investigations and resolution of complex operator billing disputes.
• Maintain the Revenue Automation Database with accurate rates, contract terms, amendments, bonuses, promotions, and adjustments.
• Perform pre-invoicing checks, validate commercial connections and data integrity, and issue large-scale invoices.
• Review operator and vendor calculations, investigate BVE variances, and support accruals, payment runs, collections, and audit requests.
• Prepare weekly accounts receivable and revenue reports and collaborate with BI and Systems teams on automation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in revenue accounting, billing, and accounts receivable in a complex or high-volume environment.
• Understanding of revenue processes, accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with automation tools, billing systems, or revenue databases and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, discrepancy-investigation, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Authorization to work full-time in Poland without visa sponsorship.
