Contract Senior Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the US East region

Hourly compensation: $84–$106 per hour

What you will do

• Define, deliver, and drive adoption of product features and ecosystem integrations.
• Lead user discovery, roadmap prioritization, product strategy, and next-generation feature delivery.
• Represent customer needs and align Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Act as a subject matter expert on pentesting, defensive security operations, vulnerability management, and offensive security workflows.
• Define and track product success metrics, turning results into actionable conclusions and new hypotheses.
• Lead go-to-market readiness, including launch strategies, internal training, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience and 3+ years working with cybersecurity tools, vulnerability management, or offensive security platforms.
• Hands-on experience with DAST/SAST scanners, vulnerability management systems, or pentest workflow platforms.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to debug and improve integrations with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile software development and global cross-functional teams.
• Full-time availability for hourly coverage from October through the end of February, without extended planned absences or vacations.
