Senior AI & Product Enablement Specialist (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote, flexible within Italy

Annual compensation: €45,000–€56,000

hirify.global develops cloud security solutions, including Falco, an open standard for cloud threat detection, for organizations operating cloud-native environments.

What you will do

• Design complex hands-on labs demonstrating hirify.global across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud environments.
• Own the automation, provisioning, scripting, and reliability of the training platform, including Instruqt, LMS, and supporting tools.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demos for audiences with different levels of maturity.
• Apply instructional design principles to create structured learning journeys, courseware, and technical documentation using YAML and Markdown.
• Use AI coding and agent clients such as Claude Code and Codex for lab creation, scripting, drafting, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, improve content using feedback and metrics, establish teaching standards, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and/or public cloud services, plus familiarity with cloud-native technologies, CIEM, CNAPP, and DevOps methodologies.
• Fluent coding in one or two languages, such as Bash, Python, or Go, and experience with APIs and YAML- and Markdown-based content.
• At least 3 years of experience instructing others and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Strong technical delivery, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Experience using AI coding or agent CLI clients in daily work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for global training delivery.
