Premier Client Banker (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Develop and execute client acquisition, outreach, retention, and revenue-generation strategies for mass affluent customers.
• Generate and manage leads and client appointments using consultative conversations and sales tools.
• Build and maintain internal partnerships to expand revenue, client penetration, and share of wallet.
• Own client relationships, coordinate ecosystem partners, and deliver tailored financial wellness, banking, and investment solutions.
• Manage portfolio risk, profitability, relationship administration, and team processes.
• Provide proactive service and relationship-building throughout acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, relationship management, customer experience, retention, selling, and business operations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage business risk and comply with applicable banking and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65.
