What you will do

• Track and report on the AI project portfolio, including progress, milestones, and key metrics.
• Monitor AI adoption and engagement data and prepare stakeholder reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate internal AI and Copilot communities, including events, workshops, communications, and knowledge sharing.
• Create training materials, user guides, and hands-on sessions for employees using AI tools.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases.
• Gather user feedback and support selected AI initiatives and adoption improvements.

Requirements

• Current bachelor’s student in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions.
• Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, or workshops.
• Experience with community activities, technology initiatives, or project coordination.
• Basic experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboards.
