Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance around four days a week

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct the strategy, governance, and daily operations of hirify.global’s project portfolio.
• Oversee client engagements and brand transformation initiatives from execution through delivery.
• Align project execution with business objectives, financial performance, and strategic priorities.
• Optimize resources and empower cross-functional teams to deliver effectively.
• Bring operational rigor and project management discipline to a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading or working within a Project Management Office.
• Experience managing complex project portfolios in professional services, consulting, creative, marketing, branding, or agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience with enterprise project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or SharePoint.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, and financial skills.
• Experience building or scaling PMO functions and governance frameworks in brand, design, marketing, or creative teams; PMP certification or equivalent is required.
