Customer Success Manager (Robotics)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; travel to customer sites up to 30% across North America.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple manufacturing customers across North America.
• Own customer relationships from post-signature implementation through ongoing support.
• Coordinate with deployment, product, engineering, and sales teams as the voice of the customer.
• Align customer production planning with the capabilities of robotic systems.
• Drive utilization, long-term customer success, and account expansion.

Requirements

• Experience with manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Experience in process improvement and root cause analysis, such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, collaborative, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
