Security Engineer (GCP)

What you will do

• Own the architecture and development of security event and log pipelines on Google Cloud.
• Extend security automation, including vulnerability triagers and scanning-stack integrations.
• Build and improve tooling for GRC functions and automate manual security workflows.
• Harden cloud security architecture, including IAM, network egress, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and contribute to agentic security tooling.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with weekly visits to the Helsinki office.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud (IAM, networking, logging, Kubernetes).
• Production experience in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience building data/event pipelines, observability systems, or detection tooling.
• Strong interest in security and experience using modern AI tools in daily workflows.
