What you will do

• Monitor security alerts in real time and drive swift response to malicious activity or anomalies.
• Lead investigations into high-profile, complex, and advanced persistent threats (APTs).
• Perform threat hunting and improve detection capabilities proactively.
• Correlate data across multiple sources to identify sophisticated attack patterns.
• Develop advanced detection techniques and security automation strategies.
• Serve as an SME for SecOps tools and threat domains, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advanced cybersecurity roles.
• Strong expertise in security monitoring, log analysis, and threat hunting.
• Deep knowledge across Endpoint, Network, OT, Information, and Cloud Security.
• Ability to lead complex security investigations and influence upper management on security best practices.
• Shift work or on-call duties for 24/7 security coverage.
• Preferred: valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, CISM.
