Product Manager - Localization Innovation (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $310,000–$545,000 annually, with compensation allocated between salary and stock options.

What you will do

• Drive the integration of state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models into localization products.
• Develop intelligent systems that automate and optimize the creation of high-quality language assets.
• Incubate and design new AI and ML capabilities from concept through production with researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Build strategic product roadmaps covering validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Identify needs from artists, creators, and content executives and translate them into products with measurable business impact.
• Communicate product vision and complex technical information to stakeholders and senior executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of launching impactful products or platforms.
• Senior-level product management experience and strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and evaluation practices.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI or ML products, including launching AI-enabled solutions and refining underlying models.
• Experience with the ML lifecycle, including data collection, labeling, and model evaluation.
• Applied experience using data to prioritize initiatives, build business cases, and evaluate impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for creative teams, internal partners, or B2B enterprise clients.
• Experience with media supply chains, localization, or translation.
