Product Manager - Localization Innovation (AI)

Location: US (Remote)

Annual salary: $310,000–$545,000, with compensation split between salary and stock options at the employee's choice.

What you will do

• Drive the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into localization products.
• Build strategic roadmaps and take product concepts through validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Lead the incubation and system design of AI and ML capabilities from idea to production with researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Develop intelligent systems that automate and optimize high-quality language asset creation.
• Identify the needs of artists, creators, and content executives and translate them into products with measurable business impact.
• Present product vision, strategy, technical information, and business cases to stakeholders and senior executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of launching impactful products or platforms.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques and model evaluation practices.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI- or ML-enabled products, including customizing or improving underlying models.
• Experience with the ML lifecycle, including data collection, labeling, and model evaluation.
• Strong analytical, hypothesis-driven, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience building products for creative teams, internal partners, or B2B enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with media supply chains, localization, or translation.
