Senior Consultant - MEDITECH Analyst - Clinical (MEDITECH)

Location: US - National; work may be performed remotely or onsite, with travel up to 100% as required by hirify.global or the client

What you will do

• Evaluate current clinical system processes and recommend or develop workflow and computer system configurations and modifications.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot MEDITECH software systems for individual client environments.
• Provide project management, project leadership, status coordination, and work-product oversight.
• Work with project teams, end users, and organizational leadership to support client needs.
• Document work progress, issues, escalations, project handoffs, time, and expenses accurately.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to client and hirify.global teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 3 years of MEDITECH system build experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting project timelines and customer service commitments.
• Availability for variable schedules, after-hours or weekend work, on-call support, and travel outside scheduled work hours as client needs require.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience mentoring and guiding others.
