RWE Site Manager (Clinical Research)

Salary: zł122,900.00–zł280,000.00 annualized

What you will do

• Identify and select investigator sites, collecting and managing Site Information Forms and Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements.
• Manage study start-up activities, including country-specific ICF adaptation, regulatory and ethics submissions, approvals, and Essential Document Packages.
• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits remotely as required by the contracted scope.
• Act as the primary contact for investigator sites, reviewing CRF data, coordinating query resolution, and completing final data reviews.
• Collect, review, and file site regulatory documents while maintaining accurate communication records.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate site contracts and budgets, and coordinate project plans and timelines with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience with study start-up, ethics committee submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in Polish and English is required.
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and experience in RWE or conventional clinical trials.
• Experience supporting site management and centralized monitoring activities.

Nice to have

• German or Romanian language skills.
• Central monitoring experience and willingness to further develop this expertise.
