Clinical Independent Rater for Clinical Trial - Polish Speaking

Location: Remote/Virtual, based in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: zł104,600–zł194,200 annualized base pay, adjusted for schedule and qualifications.

What you will do

• Participate in orientation, training, calibration, and other required activities.
• Review clinical-trial case data and prepare documentation for rater discussions.
• Conduct live interactions with raters, providing guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Evaluate assessment quality and support rater performance through functional assessments and mock interviews.
• Complete assigned rater interactions and submit documentation accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews, specifically MINI and MADRS.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research.
• Native-level Polish and fluent English are required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• MD, DO, or PhD.
• Experience in CNS clinical trials.
