Clinical Research Associate (Clinical Trials)

Location: Central-northern Poland, including the Warsaw, Poznań, and Łódź area

Salary: PLN 132,800–280,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical studies.
• Maintain accurate study and site documentation in line with protocols, regulations, guidelines, and sponsor requirements.
• Support subject recruitment planning and track recruitment progress.
• Establish communication with assigned sites and deliver protocol-related training.
• Evaluate site practice quality and integrity, escalating quality issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, case report form completion, and data query resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, a scientific discipline, or an equivalent educational background.
• At least two years of on-site clinical trial monitoring experience.
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, or oncology studies is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal Polish and English communication skills are required.
• Availability in central-northern Poland, particularly the Warsaw, Poznań, or Łódź area, is required.
