Commercial Operations Support Junior (SAP)

Location: Porto, Portugal; possibility of working from home

What you will do

• Support daily commercial operations across billing, system maintenance, and coordination activities.
• Generate and issue invoices, including preparation, validation, follow-up, corrections, and resolution of billing issues.
• Handle ServiceNow requests, time booking topics, NWA access, customer queries, and shared mailbox communication.
• Apply workcenter updates, ensure correct cost center assignments, and coordinate changes with stakeholders.
• Maintain the service catalogue and commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, and internal customers on order-to-cash processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Finance, Business, or a comparable corporate function.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and structured problem-solving.
• Fluent English communication skills in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to collaborate in a global, multicultural environment and build cross-functional relationships.
• Basic SAP knowledge is required.
