What you will do

• Perform publishing, assessment, and quality enhancement tasks for Prime Video catalogue content.
• Execute small-scale projects or assigned components of larger process-improvement projects.
• Use tools and reporting to achieve quality metrics and improvements.
• Manage escalations for routine and predefined tasks.
• Create or correct subtitles, metadata, and artwork with high quality.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch with C1-level understanding of region-specific jargon and colloquialisms.
• Fluent written, spoken, and reading English, with the ability to take direction in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and make quality-focused decisions.

Nice to have

• Education in foreign languages, translation studies, or linguistics, or equivalent localization or subtitling experience.
• Experience delivering results and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical-thinking skills and the ability to provide insights when working with creative content.
• Understanding of digital media or the digital video supply chain.
• Experience in the post-house or studios industry, particularly in content publishing or quality management.
