Production Assistant (24 Month Fixed Term Contract) (Broadcast Production)

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between the control room and studio floor during live and recorded content production.
• Support instructors and external talent across all class modalities and content formats.
• Review class plans and playlist submissions and prepare recordings for production.
• Act as stage manager by keeping schedules on track and ensuring instructors are mic’d and ready before filming.
• Maintain accurate production logs and reporting for recorded content.
• Oversee Green Room maintenance and hospitality while handling administrative duties and production errands.

Requirements

• Interest in working in a daily live broadcast environment with instructors, producers, and production crews.
• Ability to operate and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high production standards.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
