Revenue Verification Representative - Finance (Casino Revenue)

Location: Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, United States; duties are performed in a professional office setting with occasional work on the casino floor.

What you will do

• Direct staff responsible for auditing, verifying, and reporting operational gaming revenues.
• Supervise gaming revenue sources and document resulting entries in the financial system.
• Control gaming revenue accounting records and maintain current files for off-site storage.
• Assist the Director of Finance with reports, submissions, and Finance Department budgets.
• Support interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
• Maintain compliance with Seminole Tribe of Florida policies, procedures, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• Five years of accounting, finance, or cash operations experience at manager level or above required; direct casino revenue verification experience may substitute for the degree.
• Knowledge of hotel and casino operations, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Ability to direct and manage finance team members and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; strong attention to detail.
• Gaming licensure is required before employment begins and requires successful completion of Seminole Gaming compliance checks.
