IT Operations Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Support deployment, release, operation, and lifecycle management for card platforms and enablement services.
• Automate operational tasks and improve platform efficiency, observability, monitoring, alerting, and resilience.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, availability, and operational health.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and test automation activities.
• Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate resolutions, and collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, SRE, Application Support, Operations Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and operational best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps pipeline development.
• Experience with test automation, functional testing, and performance testing.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
• Experience supporting Linux and Windows environments, plus strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, and Agile environment; exposure to REST APIs using Java Spring Boot.

Nice to have

• Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability tools.
• Networking knowledge or experience supporting payment processing, card servicing, or financial transaction platforms.
