What you will do
- Design, implement, optimize, and support end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, tooling, cloud infrastructure, and application runtime environments.
- Build scalable and resilient application platforms with a developer-first approach.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues across DevOps tools and platforms.
- Define deployment strategies, automation standards, security controls, monitoring guidelines, and reliability practices.
- Support follow-the-sun operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide shift handoffs, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering.
- Previous software development experience and knowledge of application architecture and development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps principles, automation, configuration management, and production-grade cloud or hybrid systems.
- Programming experience in C#, Go, Java, or another programming language; working knowledge of PowerShell, .NET, Python, Ruby, AngularJS, Node.js, and/or Go.
- Experience with Chef, Ansible, SCCM, LanDesk, Docker, Terraform, Packer, AWS, Azure, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, F5, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and APM.
