Operations Manager - Venues

What you will do

• Establish and monitor venue profitability benchmarks and labour efficiency reporting.
• Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements to labour planning, allocation, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor billing code allocation and systems compliance across venues.
• Coordinate training programs with the Learning and Development team to ensure consistent service and reporting.
• Support tenders, annual venue budgets, operational inspections, and capital expenditure recommendations.
• Coordinate installation projects and venue upgrades with the Technology team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar operations role.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly developed customer service, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
