What you will do
- Execute accounting and daily operations for simple and medium-complexity entities within the Global Services Finance accounting process.
- Complete financial period closing activities according to the closing calendar and service-level commitments.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals, including transaction accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor open items and ageing, support auditors and legal authorities, and maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX, and worldwide procedures.
- Train new team members and BPO partners while supporting process subject matter experts and operational key contacts.
- Identify and implement process improvements in line with global standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- Basic proficiency with standard Microsoft tools, including MS Teams.
- Effective communication skills and a strong academic record.
- Evidence of active extracurricular participation, including leadership in an organization or club.
- Fluent English required; other language skills are desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with global or regional responsibilities and travel internationally up to 10–20%.
