Salary: £125–£300 per day on a contract basis

What you will do

Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
Act as a point of contact for assigned IT tickets, requests, and user issues.
Prepare IT hardware for the user community.
Troubleshoot account and application issues.
Roll out new software and support day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

At least two years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
Experience handling assigned IT tickets, requests, and technical issues.
Familiarity with IT hardware preparation, account and application troubleshooting, and software rollouts.
Ability to travel to and work from the Dublin office five days per week.
