What you will do

• Design and execute manual and automated test scenarios for software telemetry, logs, and crash reports.
• Validate end-to-end data flow from devices through analytics pipelines to dashboards.
• Analyze telemetry and field data to identify software quality trends and regressions.
• Partner with engineering teams to perform root cause analysis and validate software fixes.
• Develop automated tools and scripts to monitor software quality and detect anomalies.
• Leverage AI and modern analytics techniques to accelerate data validation and quality investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software QA, Software Analytics, or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience validating software on Android or Linux-based systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and Python for automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud analytics platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Background in collaboration or video conferencing products.
• Experience with AI-assisted software debugging.
