Software Quality Intelligence Engineer (AI)

Location: Krakow or Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: PLN 246,800–377,000 per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and business needs.

What you will do

• Design and execute manual and automated tests for software telemetry, events, logs, crash reports, and analytics.
• Validate end-to-end data flows from collaboration devices through analytics pipelines to dashboards.
• Analyze telemetry, system logs, and field data to identify quality trends, regressions, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate customer issues with engineering teams, perform root cause analysis, and validate software fixes.
• Develop automation tools, scripts, and dashboards for anomaly detection and software quality monitoring.
• Provide data-driven insights for release readiness, software stability, reliability, and customer impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software QA, Software Analytics, or Software Development.
• Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience validating software on Android or Linux-based systems and analyzing logs, telemetry, and software behavior.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, validation, automation, or scripting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android development or testing, embedded Linux, telemetry and observability platforms, or crash analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, CI/CD, DevOps, Jira, or defect management systems.
• Experience with statistical analysis, trend analysis, AI-assisted debugging, analytics, or collaboration products.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or similar data visualization platforms.
