Tester → QA Specialist Track - Employment Contract (UoP) (AI)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere in Poland

Salary: 9,000–13,000 PLN gross per month on an employment contract

What you will do

• Execute structured manual tests for features before release.
• Run independent exploratory testing sessions on production.
• Use Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI tools to generate scenarios, audit coverage, and draft documentation.
• Create accurate product and technical documentation based on domain knowledge.
• Report bugs clearly and identify fragile business logic and important edge cases.
• Identify outdated documentation and inefficient processes, then propose improvements.

Requirements

• Curiosity about pricing, bookings, integrations, and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Strong manual testing fundamentals, including exploratory testing, test case design, and actionable bug reporting.
• Meticulous, methodical testing based on structured scenarios and edge-case analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for test-scenario generation, coverage review, or documentation.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, bug reporting, and API basics with Postman.
• Polish required for business-domain depth; English required for documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Workflow automation using AI tools.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Experience writing test strategies or edge-case lists used by developers.
