Senior Localization Program Manager (AI)

Salary: $142,800–$193,200 USD per year, plus equity compensation.

What you will do

• Drive automation and system improvements for scalable localization operations across 30+ UI languages.
• Own metrics for the localization vertical and use them to guide strategy, decisions, and prioritization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and language partners to develop localization strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish workflows, tooling, and best practices that improve localization throughput, quality, and transparency.
• Build programs that move product ideas into durable, low-touch operational systems.

Requirements

• Experience creating localization strategies and systems for new features and product experiences.
• Experience building and leading localization programs in a cross-functional consumer app environment.
• Proficiency with technology used to manage and scale workloads, including AI, CMSs, and CAT tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills, including influencing without authority.
• Ability to define goals and metrics and translate insights into engineering requirements and scalable workflow specifications.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with localization quality frameworks and ecosystems.
• Familiarity with internationalization engineering concepts, including Unicode handling and message formats in consumer applications.
• Experience supporting international product growth in emerging or high-complexity language markets.
