Salary: $260,000–$390,000 per year, plus potential annual and discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Advise preeminent bank, asset manager, and lending clients on fund finance transactions.
• Handle matters involving syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, and acquisition financings.
• Work on fund formation, CLOs, NAV financings, and asset-based lending matters.
• Interact extensively with sophisticated financial institution and investment management clients.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in one or more relevant areas, including syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid law firm legal experience.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a United States Bar are required for U.S. lawyer opportunities.
• Work from the New York office at 200 Liberty.
