Internship Digital Content Expert (AI)

Location: Hybrid in CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands. During the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.

Salary: Internship allowance of €700 based on a 36-hour work week.

ING Wholesale Banking delivers digital client experiences through its website, internet banking portal, and mobile app.

What you will do

• Create and improve digital content experiences and customer journeys.
• Create, edit, and review content across ING Wholesale Banking channels.
• Manage content in a CMS environment and support copywriting activities.
• Analyse content performance using data and insights.
• Apply SEO and AEO principles and support online promotions.
• Collaborate with UX, analytics, and domain experts while using AI tools responsibly.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch HBO or university, or at an EU university if holding an EU passport.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interest in SEO/AEO and content performance.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable experimenting with AI tools responsibly.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Available at least four days per week.
