Construction Site Coordinator

Location: Napanee, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily construction activities.
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, progress reports, and other site documentation.
• Provide regular status updates and coordinate remedies for delays and project concerns.
• Support project engineers, project managers, and construction managers during construction management and commissioning.
• Assist with project plans, electronic document management, weekly meetings, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination, or document coordination for construction projects.
• Strong ability to organize and maintain large volumes of documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management software such as Procore or Autodesk.
