Marketing Executive (Fragrance)

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for prestige fragrance brands.
• Coordinate with agencies, retailers, influencers, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.
• Work with Commercial, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Supply teams to support business objectives.
• Support social media and retail activations, monitor consumer and cultural trends, and identify brand growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate product samples, POSM, purchase orders, invoices, payments, budgets, and daily marketing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance, luxury, or FMCG.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, organization, and ownership skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to adapt global brand messaging for local communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and approved AI tools.

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or retail activation.
