What you will do
- Develop treasury strategies, cash-flow forecasts, rolling scenarios, stress tests, and liquidity plans at group and entity level.
- Design, implement, and oversee the Treasury Management System, including workflows, controls, reporting, security, and data integrity.
- Manage bank accounts, banking relationships, cash concentration, intercompany transactions, and payment relationships.
- Identify and mitigate interest-rate, FX, liquidity, and counterparty credit risks, including credit limits, due diligence, and hedging strategies.
- Prepare NAV and monthly ALCO reports, maintain dashboards and audit trails, and ensure compliance with treasury policies and the Mastercard governance framework.
- Lead the Asset Liability Committee and coordinate with finance, operations, compliance, legal, Mastercard group treasury, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a comparable senior finance role.
- Experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems, with strong cash-flow forecasting and liquidity-management expertise.
- Experience with NAV and ALCO reporting, bank-account governance, banking operations, and financial modelling.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Experience managing traditional fiat and cryptocurrency assets, including knowledge of crypto markets, exchanges, and custody solutions.
- Experience with counterparty credit risk, due diligence, and regulatory requirements for crypto and digital assets.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, digital assets, payments, or settlement infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Kyriba, Icap, Treasury, or other specific Treasury Management Systems.
- Understanding of FCA, PRA, and FIU regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with risk management, hedging, financial committees, post-acquisition integration, transfer pricing, or matrix management.
