Senior Shared Tech QA Analyst (Game Development)

Location: Hybrid or full-time in-office in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 14,200–22,200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Test and verify shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features for performance, stability, integration, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Develop and maintain reusable manual and automated test cases, test suites, and test plans.
• Collaborate with shared technology developers, tools programmers, technical artists, and project teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, identify systemic root causes, and recommend improvements to robustness and performance.
• Participate in risk assessments, quality strategy planning, and process improvements across multiple projects.
• Create quality reports and dashboards using data and analytics tools, and maintain technical QA documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar senior technical QA role.
• Experience supporting internal tools, platforms, pipelines, or shared technologies and coordinating QA activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience contributing to at least one shipped AA or AAA game.
• Strong knowledge of integration, regression, performance, stress, and long-term stability testing.
• Experience testing game-engine technologies, content and asset creation pipelines, and multiple platforms including PC and major consoles.
• Fluency in English and the ability to design test strategies, analyze systemic risks, mentor QA colleagues, and maintain technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDengine, or REDkit.
• Experience with 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender and QA automation or diagnostic frameworks.
