Credit Lead - Technology

Location: In office at 150 California Street, San Francisco, California, US

Salary: $141,830–$263,408 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead and manage Credit Solutions colleagues across multiple levels, providing functional guidance, risk management coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio management, credit adjudication, and approval discussions for the assigned technology portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain high standards of credit quality in line with the Bank’s risk appetite.
• Manage workflows and review colleagues’ work products to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credit operations.
• Support business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and identification of new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead ad-hoc projects, and coach and develop talent across the Credit Solutions organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively increasing experience in credit underwriting and portfolio management.
• At least 3 years of leadership and coaching experience in underwriting or credit management, including informal leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of credit management, lending operations, and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
